Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all bottles or jars are securely sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
